HOW IT WORKS

Initial Contact

You’ll be required to enter basic information about your property and any instructions for guests (wifi, tv control guide, etc) on our website

Next, a manager will contact you to set up a meeting. The purpose of the meeting is to take a tour of the property and take relevant pictures. If you already have pictures, you may forward them to us using this email: info@luvanexgroup.com

We’ll also review our management agreement with you. This will ensure we answer any questions you may have about the process.

IF your unit is a house (not an apartment) we may install a lockbox or smart lock to make it easier for guests to check in

Promoting Your Home

Next, we’ll create a professional listing for your home on Airbnb and various other platforms such as VRBO.com, HomeAway, Booking.com, etc.

Our booking team will respond to all vacation, rental or reservation inquiries on your listing to ensure the highest levels of customer service

Managing Guests

Our management services covers your unit, property and guests. For 15% on the money you earn, we will:

- Check in your guests effortlessly through our smart lock security system or lockbox
- Organize professional cleaning services between stays
- Coordinate all maintenance requests
- check out guest and inspect the property
